How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan
Learn how to switch between Starter, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans, and what happens to your billing, data, and features when you do
iDirect offers four subscription tiers: Starter ($19/mo), Standard ($128/mo), Pro ($299/mo), and Enterprise ($799/mo). All prices are in USD. You can change your plan at any time from within the dispatch panel.

How to change your plan
- Log in to the dispatch panel.
- Go to Settings > Plans.
- Select the plan you want to switch to and confirm.
What happens when you upgrade
Your new plan takes effect immediately. All higher-tier features, including expanded data retention, lower extra-order pricing, and upgraded support channels, become available right away. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle based on the price difference. Your next invoice will reflect the full rate of the new plan.
Your included order allowance adjusts to the new plan immediately. Orders already billed at the previous tier's extra-order rate are not retroactively re-priced.
What happens when you downgrade
The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Until then, you retain access to all features of your current plan for the period you have already paid for. No partial refund is issued for the current cycle.
When the downgrade takes effect, your data history retention window, support level, included order count, and extra-order rate all adjust to match the new plan. If the new plan has a shorter retention period, historical data beyond that window will become inaccessible. Use Full Route Data Download and Full POD Download to export any records you need before the switch.
About enterprise plan
The Enterprise plan can be selected through the same self-service flow described above. For operations that require custom SLA terms, dedicated infrastructure, or tailored onboarding, contact support@idirect.app or your account manager to discuss a custom arrangement.
FAQ
Q: Can I change plans in the middle of a billing cycle?
A: Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle.
Q: Will I lose data when I downgrade?
A: Data older than the new plan's retention limit becomes inaccessible after the downgrade takes effect. Export your data beforehand using the download features in the dispatch panel.
Q: Do I need a new account to switch plans?
A: No. All team members, drivers, routes, and settings carry over. The change is handled entirely within Settings > Plans.
Q: What happens to extra-order pricing when I switch?
A: On upgrade, the new (lower) extra-order rate applies to orders processed after the change. On downgrade, the current rate holds until the next billing cycle begins.
